With Christmas just around the corner, you have time to create this fast and easy Christmas floral embossed card.

Creating the Fast and easy Christmas floral embossed card with a few simple steps.

Start by embossing a piece of paper.

I chose peach-pink, but feel free to use any color you prefer—blue or yellow would work well.

To make the embossed pattern pop, I used red ink to paint over it and then applied a darker red shade to highlight the embossing.

To keep the peach-pink background visible, lightly paint with your brush over the designs.

For the card’s decoration, I added a few green branches, staining them with brown shades of ink to give a vintage, tattered look.

I let them hang from the edge of the card; also, you don’t have to glue every little piece of the branch—let them be free.

On top of them, I glued a piece of Christmas ribbon.

This card is perfect for both Christmas and New Year; you can simply glue a relevant ribbon.

To finish it, I added a gold background to match the letters on the ribbon. And with that, the card is ready. It is so easy and fast to make.

Supplies you will need to make the Fast and easy Christmas floral embossed card.

For the background, you will need a  Christmas Floral Embossing Folder . Any Christmas-themed folder will work, of course.

I decorated with some branches, for which you will need the Tim Holtz Sizzix Big GREENS Thinlits Die. I stained the card using different Tim Holtz inks. I used Lumberjack Plaid and the Aged Mahogany for the background, and Antique Linen and the Vintage Photo for the branches.

For the message, take a ribbon with a message and glue it onto the card. If you don’t have a relevant ribbon, simply stamp the message on a piece of paper or die-cut the words.

Lastly, glue the card onto a metallic gold background to give it an extra sparkle. And with this, you are done.
