Instagram Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

The giveaway is open to participants aged 18 and above.

Participants must follow @itshandmadeofcourse on Instagram. 

Other eligibility requirements are to like the post and leave a comment.

2. Giveaway Period:

The giveaway begins on December 27 2023 and ends on January 6 2024 at 23:59pm GTM+2 (Greece’s timezone).

3. How to Enter:

To enter, participants must follow the page, like the post and leave a comment.

4. Prize:

The prize, as depicted in the accompanying picture, includes a Bullet Journal from Notebook Therapy, various stamp sets from Picket Fence Studios, two dies, an orange Simon Says Stamp ink pad, Stamperia paper cutouts, Tim Holtz washi tape and collage paper.

The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other items, and cannot be replaced or substituted with any other goods or services.

No monetary compensation or alternative prizes will be provided. The prize may change without further notice. 

5. Winner Selection:

The winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries.

The winner will be announced on January 7, 2024, on @itshandmadeofcourse’s Instagram page.

Please note that this date is subject to change without prior notice. In the event of a change, the updated announcement date will be communicated on Instagram and/or the associated blog. Participants are encouraged to stay tuned for any updates regarding the winner announcement.

The winner must respond within 2 weeks (specifically,14 days) of the announcement to claim the prize.

If the winner does not claim the prize within the specified timeframe, they will forfeit all rights to the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Shipping and Delivery:

The prize will be shipped from Greece.

@itshandmadeofcourse is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or undelivered prizes.

The winner is required to provide personal information, including their address, email, and phone number, for the purpose of sending the gift.

Any import taxes or customs duties incurred during shipping are the sole responsibility of the winner. @itshandmadeofcourse is not liable for any additional charges associated with the import of the prize.

The giveaway is international, but if a winner resides in a warzone or a location where shipping internationally is not feasible due to difficulties, they will forfeit the prize. In such cases, @itshandmadeofcourse bears no responsibility for the inability to deliver the prize.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

@itshandmadeofcourse reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.

Any changes will be effective immediately and will be communicated on @itshandmadeofcourse’s Blog and Instagram page.

8. Publicity:

By entering, participants agree to allow @itshandmadeofcourse to use their name and image for promotional purposes.

9. Privacy:

Participant information will only be used for the purpose of the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.

10. Participant Expectations:

Participants acknowledge and agree that their participation in this giveaway does not guarantee that they will win the prize.

Participants have no expectation of receiving any other compensation, monetary or otherwise, if they do not win the giveaway.

@itshandmadeofcourse is not obligated to provide any additional prizes or benefits to participants who do not win.
